Careers at eSolve

Build the systems that scale e-commerce brands

eSolve is a Shopify and HubSpot partner agency working exclusively with online retailers, D2C brands, and B2B distributors. Every role here is hands-on, outcome-driven, and built around the work that actually moves the needle for e-commerce clients across the UK, MENA, Australia, and Europe.

Why work at eSolve

We only serve e-commerce

Every project is a Shopify store, a HubSpot CRM, or a growth engine for an online retailer. No service businesses, no general marketing work. The focus is the reason we get good at what we do.

Real ownership of outcomes

You will not be assigned tickets to close. You will be assigned outcomes to deliver. The brief is the conversion lift, the retention gain, the launch deadline. The path to get there is yours to shape.

Distributed by design

The team is timezone-distributed across the UK, MENA, ANZ, and Europe. Work hours overlap our clients' hours, not a head-office timezone.

How we hire

  1. 01

    Apply

Send your application through one of the two forms above. Tell us which role you are interested in and link to past work. We read every submission.

  2. 02

    Intro call

A 30-minute conversation with someone from the role's team. We learn about you, you learn about how we work, and we both confirm fit before going deeper.

  3. 03

    Practical exercise

A scoped, paid exercise based on a real e-commerce problem we have solved before. You complete it in your own time and we review it together.

  4. 04

    Offer

We move fast on offers when there is a fit. Compensation is benchmarked against the role and your region.

What we look for in every role

E-commerce instincts

You think in funnels, AOV, LTV, conversion rate, and retention. You understand that every decision we make affects a real revenue number for a real client.

Ownership, not ticket-closing

You can read a brief, ask the right questions, and produce an outcome without needing the path mapped step by step. You ask for help when it speeds things up, not when it offloads thinking.

Direct communication

You write clearly and concisely in Slack, in client emails, and in documentation. The team is distributed, so written clarity is how we work.

A real interest in the work

You stay current on Shopify releases, HubSpot updates, algorithm changes, or platform shifts in your area. The category moves quickly and the curiosity to keep up is non-negotiable.

Frequently asked questions

Is eSolve fully remote?

Yes. Every role at eSolve is remote. The team is distributed across the UK, MENA, Australia and New Zealand, and Europe. We hire based on capability and timezone fit with client portfolios, not location.

Does eSolve hire only senior candidates?

We hire across experience levels for most roles. The practical exercise stage is calibrated to the seniority of the role, so junior candidates are not assessed against the same brief as senior candidates.

How long does the hiring process take?

Typical end-to-end is two to three weeks from application to offer. The pace depends mostly on candidate availability for the intro call and the practical exercise turnaround.

Will I work directly with clients?

Yes. Every role at eSolve includes some form of client interaction. The amount varies (project managers and growth marketers spend more time with clients than Shopify specialists, for example) but no role is fully internal.

Does eSolve only hire for e-commerce backgrounds?

Not strictly, but a strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics is required. We work exclusively with online retailers, D2C brands, and B2B distributors, so candidates without e-commerce instincts find the work harder to deliver well.

What tools do you use day to day?

Shopify and HubSpot are the two platforms we are partnered with and where most client work happens. Internally we use Asana for project management, Slack for communication, Notion for documentation, and Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Ahrefs, and Semrush across delivery roles.

Do you offer paid trial projects?

The practical exercise stage in our hiring process is paid. It is a scoped, real-world e-commerce problem, not a take-home test.
